Is your child constantly on the go and appears as if they are driven by a motor?

Do they have trouble sitting still?

Do they have a problem focusing?

Does their teacher complain they are not getting their work done or their short attention span keeps them from paying attention?

Are they easily distracted and disorganized?

Are they just unable to play quietly?

They cannot wait their turn?

They interrupt you or others while you are talking?

Are YOU overwhelmed?

Frustrated?

Is parenting your child seeming impossible and causing YOU to feel as if YOU are going crazy?

If you answered yes to several of these questions, your child may have Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, commonly called ADD or ADHD. This is commonly characterized as an inattentiveness and/or hyperactivity, and is often accompanied by impulsiveness.

Children who are ADD/ADHD are typically over active, they have trouble paying attention, and they act impulsively without thinking of any consequences.

Often the parent does not see the symptoms as being troublesome until the child begins school.  This is when the parents begin to feel frustrated, helpless and incompetent because they just cannot seem to help their child. At school the child may appear difficult, lazy, and even rebellious.

If you believe your child may be ADD/ADHD, contact me for a free 15 minute consultation.  I offer neurfeedback for ADD/ADHD, and with a QEEG, we can rule out other difficulties the child may be experiencing such as anxiety, depression, or learning problems.  I can even work with you to assist in managing behavior at home as well as work with the child to teach self-control techniques.

Your child DOES NOT have to experience frustration and failure.

With proper treatment, your child can grow up to be a successful adult.
